Mobsters Rise is a competitive mafia browser RPG. Rivalry, PvP, trading, crews, markets, and risk are part of the game. These rules keep the competition fair and the community playable.

1. Account Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account.
  • You are responsible for your account, password, device access, and all activity on your account.
  • Do not share, sell, loan, rent, or transfer your account.
  • Do not impersonate staff, another player, a payment processor, or Mobsters Rise support.

2. One Player, One Account

  • Each player may use one account.
  • Do not create alternate accounts, feeder accounts, storage accounts, market accounts, scouting accounts, or accounts used to protect or boost another account.
  • Multiple people in one household may play only if each person plays their own account independently.
  • Household accounts may be reviewed more closely for transfers, market activity, PvP patterns, shared device activity, and shared IP activity.
  • If staff asks for clarification about linked accounts, respond honestly.

3. No Automation Or Unapproved Tools

Do not use:

  • Auto-clickers, macros, scripts, bots, browser automation, packet tools, or timing tools.
  • Extensions or software that play the game, farm actions, submit forms, refresh actions, scrape data, or make decisions for you.
  • Tools that bypass cooldowns, stamina, nerve, energy, timers, captchas, rate limits, prices, drop chances, or page restrictions.
  • Any modified client, injected code, or console command intended to manipulate game state.

Staff may flag suspicious repeated timing, impossible activity volume, repeated failed security checks, automation fingerprints, or economy movement patterns. Staff action is manual, but detection logs may be used as evidence.

4. No Exploits

Report bugs and exploits instead of using them.

Examples of exploits include:

  • Duplicating cash, items, tokens, membership, rewards, awards, or collection progress.
  • Repeating a reward, drop, purchase, race, boss payout, vault opening, mystery box, or blueprint result beyond intended limits.
  • Bypassing inventory limits, account-bound restrictions, equip limits, market limits, trade limits, or item source rules.
  • Using broken pages, outdated endpoints, browser tools, request replay, or timing errors to gain advantage.

If you find a serious exploit, stop using it and report it. Players who abuse or spread exploits may lose items, currency, progress, or access.

5. Virtual Currency, Items, And Markets

  • Rise Tokens, cash, points, respect, items, Crown Pass, awards, cars, blueprints, cards, and all other game content are virtual game content only.
  • Virtual content has no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
  • Real money trading is not allowed.
  • Do not sell, buy, gift, trade, auction, or transfer game content for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, services, accounts, or goods outside the game.
  • Do not use chargebacks, payment disputes, refund requests, or payment fraud to gain game content.
  • Do not manipulate markets with alternate accounts or coordinated feeder accounts.

6. PvP And Combat

PvP is part of Mobsters Rise. Attacks, mugs, scouting, hospital time, cash risk, rivalries, and target selection are normal gameplay.

PvP becomes rule-breaking when it includes:

  • Real-life threats.
  • Doxxing or attempts to identify a player in real life.
  • Harassment based on protected traits or personal identity.
  • Extortion involving real money or off-site value.
  • Using alternate accounts or automation to attack, scout, feed, protect, or grief.
  • Staff impersonation or false claims of staff authority.

7. Chat, Forums, Profiles, And Messages

Use community spaces without making the game miserable for other people.

Not allowed:

  • Hate speech, slurs, targeted harassment, sexual harassment, or threats.
  • Doxxing, posting private information, or encouraging others to contact someone off-site.
  • Graphic sexual content, sexual content involving minors, or requests for sexual content.
  • Spam, scams, phishing links, malware, malicious files, or suspicious links.
  • Excessive flooding, repeated copy/paste posts, or disruptive advertising.
  • Evading mutes, blocks, bans, or staff instructions.

In-character mafia talk is allowed when it stays clearly inside the game and does not cross into real-life harm.

8. Gambling-Style Systems And Random Rewards

Mobsters Rise may include casino-style games, random drops, loot tables, vault openings, mystery boxes, boss rewards, blueprint outcomes, card drops, and other chance-based systems.

  • These systems are entertainment features inside the game.
  • They do not award real money.
  • Odds, tables, and rewards may be adjusted for balance.
  • Paid purchases never guarantee a specific future random reward unless the purchase page clearly says so.
  • Staff may correct rewards caused by bugs, incorrect tables, or unintended payouts.

9. Reports And Support

Use in-game reports or support contact for:

  • Harassment.
  • Exploits.
  • Suspected automation.
  • Suspected multi-accounting.
  • Payment problems.
  • Missing rewards.
  • Staff concerns.

Do not abuse reports. False reports made to harass another player may result in moderation.

10. Enforcement

Staff may take action based on logs, reports, screenshots, transaction history, security signals, account links, chat records, and gameplay evidence.

Possible actions include:

  • Warning.
  • Message removal.
  • Mute.
  • Market, trade, transfer, or chat restriction.
  • Item, cash, token, award, or progress rollback.
  • Temporary suspension.
  • Permanent ban.
  • Device, IP, payment, or household review.

Staff may also lock an account during an investigation.

11. Appeals

You may appeal moderation actions through the published appeal process. Appeals should include:

  • Your username.
  • What action you are appealing.
  • Why you believe it was incorrect or too severe.
  • Any relevant screenshots or context.

Repeated abusive appeals may be ignored or restricted.

12. Rule Changes

Mobsters Rise may update these rules as the game changes. Major changes should be announced when practical. Continuing to play after rules are updated means you accept the updated rules.
