Terms of Service
Account agreement, virtual content, user content, enforcement, and service terms.
These Terms govern access to Mobsters Rise at mobstersrise.com.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, logging in, making a purchase, or using Mobsters Rise, you agree to these Terms, the Player Rules, Community Standards, Privacy Policy, Purchases and Refunds Policy, and any other rules posted by Mobsters Rise.
If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mobsters Rise.
You may not use Mobsters Rise if:
- You are under 18.
- You are banned.
- You are creating an account to evade moderation.
- You are prohibited by law from using the service.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure.
- All actions taken on your account.
- Keeping your account information accurate.
- Reporting unauthorized access quickly.
You may not sell, share, rent, transfer, or loan your account.
4. Limited License To Play
Mobsters Rise grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and play the game for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms and rules.
Mobsters Rise may suspend, restrict, or terminate this license if you violate the rules, create security risk, abuse the economy, commit payment fraud, or harm the service or community.
5. Virtual Content
All game content is virtual content licensed for use in Mobsters Rise only.
This includes:
- Accounts.
- Characters.
- Currency.
- Rise Tokens.
- Crown Pass.
- Items.
- Vehicles.
- Awards.
- Cards.
- Blueprints.
- Crews.
- Rewards.
- Stats and progress.
You do not own virtual content as property. Virtual content has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
Mobsters Rise may create, modify, rebalance, move, delete, restrict, or remove virtual content as needed for game operation, security, moderation, economy health, or balance.
6. Purchases
Purchases are governed by the Purchases, Refunds, And Virtual Currency Policy.
You agree that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method.
- You will not use payment fraud.
- You will not make false disputes or chargebacks.
- You will not sell or buy game content outside Mobsters Rise.
7. Random Rewards
Mobsters Rise may include random drops, casino-style game systems, vaults, mystery boxes, boss rewards, card drops, blueprint outcomes, and other chance-based features.
These features are for entertainment only, do not award real money, and may be adjusted for balance.
8. User Content
User content includes messages, forum posts, chat, profiles, crew descriptions, ads, reports, uploaded images, names, and other submitted content.
You are responsible for your user content.
You grant Mobsters Rise a non-exclusive license to host, display, store, moderate, remove, and use your user content as needed to operate and promote the service.
Do not submit content that violates the rules, infringes rights, contains malware, exposes private information, impersonates others, or breaks the law.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Cheat, automate, exploit, or reverse engineer the game.
- Use alternate accounts.
- Abuse markets, trades, transfers, auctions, or rewards.
- Engage in real money trading.
- Harass, threaten, dox, or abuse other people.
- Post illegal, harmful, hateful, sexualized minor, or malicious content.
- Interfere with site operation.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Circumvent bans, mutes, rate limits, security controls, or staff actions.
10. Moderation And Enforcement
Mobsters Rise may review logs, reports, transactions, messages, content, device/IP signals, and gameplay history to enforce rules.
Actions may include:
- Warning.
- Content removal.
- Mute.
- Feature restriction.
- Economy rollback.
- Account lock.
- Temporary suspension.
- Permanent ban.
- Refusal of service.
Mobsters Rise may act without advance notice when needed for safety, security, payment integrity, or economy protection.
11. Availability And Changes
Mobsters Rise is a live service. The game may change, break, go offline, reset, wipe test data, or enter maintenance.
Mobsters Rise may change features, rewards, prices, odds, items, stats, systems, content, or access at any time.
During beta, test data may be reset or corrected.
12. Disclaimers
Mobsters Rise is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Mobsters Rise does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free play, specific rewards, specific odds, market prices, combat outcomes, account progress, or permanent availability of any feature.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobsters Rise and CJs Web Service, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the game, virtual content, service interruptions, moderation, balance changes, account actions, or third-party services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Mobsters Rise and CJs Web Service, LLC from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, user content, rule violations, payment fraud, or violation of another person's rights.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless otherwise required by law.
16. Changes To Terms
Mobsters Rise may update these Terms. Material changes should be announced when practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
