This policy applies to user-created content in Mobsters Rise, including forum posts, profile text, crew descriptions, ads, messages, uploaded or linked images, names, signatures, and other submitted content.

Mobsters Rise Content

Mobsters Rise names, logos, artwork, game systems, code, item art, award art, card art, icons, writing, layout, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Mobsters Rise.

You may not copy, sell, redistribute, scrape, or reuse Mobsters Rise content outside the game without permission, except where allowed by law.

Player Content

You are responsible for content you submit.

Do not submit content that:

• You do not have permission to use.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Contains stolen art, stolen photos, impersonation, or misleading branding.
• Violates the Player Rules or Community Standards.
• Contains malware, tracking code, phishing, or harmful links.

By submitting content, you grant Mobsters Rise permission to host, display, store, moderate, remove, and use that content as needed to operate the game.

Names, Crews, And Impersonation

Staff may change or remove usernames, crew names, profile content, images, or ads that:

• Impersonate staff or another player.
• Mislead players into thinking content is official.
• Use protected brands in a confusing way.
• Violate rights or rules.
• Create moderation or security risk.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Mobsters Rise infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@cjswebservice.com with:

• Your name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter Notices

If your content was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe it was removed by mistake, contact support@cjswebservice.com with:

• Your username.
• The removed content or location.
• Why you believe the removal was mistaken.
• Your contact information.
• Any statement required by applicable law.

Repeat Infringers

Mobsters Rise may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly submit content that creates legal risk.

No Off-Site Asset Scraping

Do not scrape, mass download, or republish Mobsters Rise item art, award art, boss art, card art, UI assets, or other media. Fan discussion is fine. Bulk reuse or resale is not.
